Currently working as a Senior Engineering Manager, focusing on Data Analytics, Software as a Service (SaaS) and Cybersecurity. I have a track record of 15+ year in managing software-projects, -services and -teams in the United States, EMEA and Asia-Pacific. Also, I lead several multinational teams in Germany, India and ASEAN to drive Bosch's Digital Workplace program in the area of IT- and Data-Services to support all Bosch associates worldwide in their daily work. My personal mission is to utilize data and technology to build a resilient, secure and connected world. Everyone should be able to learn and thrive without limits, no matter where you are or what your background is. For this purpose I started the faito edventures project which helps young professionals in digital/technical jobs to create a lasting impact in their environment.
